You Have No Hold On Me!

Depression, loneliness, and spirit of fear
You have NO HOLD on me,
For once I bowed to your total control
But the Truth did set me free.

All the time I thought that I was lost
All the negatives in my life,
But  when Jesus became my Lord  and Savior
It put an end to all mly strife.

For through the Word I came to learn
The power I have within,
I no longer listen to the devil's voice
Trying to pull me back to sin.

Satan, you have NO HOLD on me
Your tricks, deceiptions and lies,
For once I was at your beck and call
No all that's over - surprise.

I feel so strange with my newfound power
As I walk in love, God's Light,
I finally can heal with the peace of mind
That everything is going to be alright.

Spirit of fear and negatvity
No longer do you share this space,
For now I've been cleansed by the Word of God
And daily I seek His face.
