Praise God Anyhow, Pt. 2
When you’re feeling like all is lost
And ask, “What do I do now?”
That’s the time you drop on your knees
And praise God anyhow.
There’s anointing hidden in your praise
When you see no light ahead.
You could’ve returned to worldly ways
But you chose to praise instead.
Your boss told you, “You’re fired!”
You thought you were getting a raise.
But he didn’t know about the job ahead
That came because of your praise.
Praise Him in the morning, praise Him at night
Give praise as you drive in your car.
Praise Him when you feel your worse
He’s there right where you are.
Bad times can only get you down
As much as you allow.
But when you feel you’ve lost your grip
Praise God anyhow.
