    Just Stop! And Get Some Rest!

     Sometimes we have to stop and get some rest
    And rest unto the Lord,
    It's the only way to keep your peace
    You and the Lord on one accord.

    Get out of the rat race, stop stressing out
    Is what it's all about,
    Take time out for yourself
    And leave your problems out.

    Don't think about a single thing but "peace"
    How good it feels, stress-free,
    It's peace we really want in life
    The way it's suppose to be.

    We're not meant to live in fear
    Worried each and every day,
    When we give everything to the Lord
    All anxiety goes away.

    So commit to yourself to do what you can
    God always knows what's best,
    Take some time to slow yourself down
    Just stop!  And get some rest.
