    Loving the Person God Made You to Be

     Love yourself for who you are
    And who God made you to be,
    Don't listen to the world or the words of man
    Who causes doubt in what YOU see.

    See yourself as a child of God
    Spreading for all to see,
    That's the beauty that people see inside of you
    The beauty God made you to be.

    The words of the world are meant to hurt
    And cause pain to the very core,
    Ripping away every ounce of self-worth
    So you'll seek their appoval even more.

    God loves us all unconditionally
    He is with us every second of the day,
    Showing love to others all starts with us
    Knowing who we are in Christ every day.

    So feel good about yourself- be happy who you are
    After all you're God's creation,
    Just knowing who you are lets your light shine bright
    As you spread God's love across the nation.
