Biography

"I have discovered that transferring my feelings onto paper is a way of releasing a life experience, especially traumatic in nature, in a positive manner rather than keeping a stressful situation bottled inside. I became intrigued with the variety of emotions we experience in everyday life, and set out to write poems during my various moods, experiences and relationships; capturing the very essence of those moments in time in their rawest form. In an amazing way, the poems had a therapeutic effect, especially on the heavier, darker moments.

These poems were written at various times in my life during various relationships and emotional states, some fleeting as fast as they came and others which last over a period of time. I wish to share my poems with you as a means to let you know that there is not a single emotion that you face alone. If we share moments in any of my poems, then we are bound by the common bond of that emotional experience. Enjoy, and I'll see you in the moments within."

Finally finished transferring my complete works to date to Original Poetry.com. I thank God for this site. All of my poems were originally on poetry.com. But when Lulu Poetry.com took over the site, all of these poems vanished. Thank the Lord I had self published all of them or they would surely have been lost. I am also very excited about the friends I am making here on Original Poetry. Let's keep writing and letting that creativity flow through our pens. God bless!
