The Hypocrite
The hypocrite actually thinks he's savedCause he goes to church each week,
But during the week the Word of God
Is the last thing he will seek.
Following every lustful though
That quickly leads to sin,
He goes to church to wash the sin off
So he can go back and sin again.
But as the Word say in Heb. 10:26
There is a price for willful sin,
You've stepped away from all Christ gave
And made the devil your best friend.
The hypocrite doesn't care about
Your feeling or who he's hurt,
He'll chew you up and spit you out
And treat you like you're dirt.
He can be a normal person,
Or someone at the head,
No hint of being a child of God
As he lures you to his bed.
The hypocrite's either blind or stupid
To think the God doesn't see,
His behavior is making a very strong statement
"It's hell I want for me."
The hypocrite can be a woman or man
Whose life is lead by pride,
And though "pride goes before a fall"
They're already dead inside.
