Stardust
The meteors that streak
Across an otherwise starlit night
Draw my eyes away
From their celestial gaze.
I bear witness to the many
Shooting star's downward spiral.
To watch these comets going nova,
With the beauty of oblivion,
The sublime sight of stardust soaring
Across an otherwise starlit night
Draw my eyes away
From their celestial gaze.
I bear witness to the many
Shooting star's downward spiral.
To watch these comets going nova,
With the beauty of oblivion,
The sublime sight of stardust soaring
Toward their ordained plight.
