Past The Gates And Graves
Upon entering Osiris' annex
One perspires high in sweet spirals.
Suddenly black fever turns ash
Amid the fiery foliage,
While psychotic sonnets resound softly
Sending signs on a secret wind.
Above owls arc on eclipses
Consoling robed companions
Who dictate Diana's Deed
As Elysium Initiates
Hand alone may pen.
Here roads unravel longingly
Like notes leading
Towards enshrinement,
Amid sculpted symphonies
Exalted in orchestration.
Tall timber towers stand as silent virtue.
Arched below lies an armless angel's cove.
Like children who forgot how to play,
They weep dry tears with catatonic cries.
As the sun bows to the night
The sky bleeds plum and violet,
Enraptured with silhouettes
Of dancing horned minstrels.
With flute and drum
They prance past the gates and graves,
Where death hums toneless
While the Celts harp a lively melody.
One perspires high in sweet spirals.
Suddenly black fever turns ash
Amid the fiery foliage,
While psychotic sonnets resound softly
Sending signs on a secret wind.
Above owls arc on eclipses
Consoling robed companions
Who dictate Diana's Deed
As Elysium Initiates
Hand alone may pen.
Here roads unravel longingly
Like notes leading
Towards enshrinement,
Amid sculpted symphonies
Exalted in orchestration.
Tall timber towers stand as silent virtue.
Arched below lies an armless angel's cove.
Like children who forgot how to play,
They weep dry tears with catatonic cries.
As the sun bows to the night
The sky bleeds plum and violet,
Enraptured with silhouettes
Of dancing horned minstrels.
With flute and drum
They prance past the gates and graves,
Where death hums toneless
While the Celts harp a lively melody.
