    An ode in song lyrics to the ephemeral passion during youth.

    Fireflies
    When I first saw you
    Chasing fireflies
    Under the blue moonlight,
    It was in that moment
    You stole my heart.
    We then danced the night away.

    When the sun began to rise
    You chased butterflies.
    Without so much as a thought
    Your flight was all I caught,
    As the moments blew away,
    Into the bright new day.
