    Poem Commentary

22 January 2010 Too often we are so blinded to our own faults that we cannot see the forest through the trees. (If that needs explaining, you might as well quit reading now.) What is so very tragic about most of the strife in this world is that those suffering, they have the reigns in their hands; they control their destiny. It is so difficult to see, given that we are willing to step back and see things from a different perspective. Ask someone to give you their honest opinion about something sometime. One caution: be prepared for the answer (you might not like it).

    Malice in Wonderland

    The bright star fell,
      all the way to hell,
    Cherubim, Seraphim heard,
      Father's hesitant word.

    Anger and strife,
      so sad, loss of life,
    in charge, ego n' pride,
      that day, Lucifer died.

    Nothing in his reign,
      his malice is fain,
    life-long sentence,
      his one hope - penance.

Amazing poem... A very good read. We are His Masterpiece !

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
