The Pit
Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.Aplace beyond death, full of hate and fear.
Few chosen souls have left its black heart
Those who remained, life dealt the bad card.
Life in our world can't prepare you for what you'll see.
Carnage and bloodshed as you thought could never be.
A garbled repentance is made from a melted mouth,
but it goes unheard by those who share this route.
If you continue to live life as you have
a place is reserved and believe me, folks, it's bad.
Burning for eons and never knowing death.
Fire and brimstone replace your every breath.
The pit, it is Hell; inferno for those who lie,
make others suffer, cause innocence to die.
Living their lives far beyond God's splendid grace.
Looking for rapture and love from a demon's face.
If you want to see what it's like on the other side
strap on your seatbelt; prepare for a hellish ride.
And if you survive, your future won't be worth shit
because you've witnessed the horrors of the pit.
"The Lord is my shepherd,
I shall not want;
He maketh me to lie in green pastures.
He leadeth me beside still waters;
He restoreth my soul.
He leadeth me in paths of righteousness
for His name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the Valley
of the Shadow of Death,
I shall fear no evil;
for Thou art with me;
Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life;
and I shall dwell in the house of the
Lord forever." Psalm 23
