    the presence within

     i look to the heavens for hope
    and the snowflakes
    fluttering in my eyes - striking my face
    say silently...
    inside

    i search the books for wisdom
    and each  page
    riffling past my eyes - drawn by my finger
    quietly speaks...
    within

    i search into life for knowledge
    and the days
    drifting passed my eyes - playing on my mind
    say gently...
    i am here

    i look to the church for God
    and my heart
    searching the depths within - hears a voice
    peacefully say...
    it is I

    Fantastic!!! I love this...It is carefully crafted with wisdom and loving intent! Your whispers at the end of each stanza really add to the dramatic effect visually as well! "10"
