    Stepping Into A World of Poetry

     The reader doesnt always see eye to eye with the poet
    the way my words flow like a river, on pages overflow it
    I know it and show it when pages and readers collide
    ratings and comments I sometimes let slide 
    I go about life, it's never a free ride
    Dying tonight I would gladly accept pride
    I stepped into a world of poetry, left life outside

    This world is spinning like a top, drop the coin
    heads or tails whats the choice, your alone
    Noone knows the answers, when the questions not asked
    noone sees into this world , its all jokes and laughs
    noone cries when pain is all that is felt
    noone hears a heartbreak, or sees tears when they melt

    How will you view my world , that hurls words into the air
    poetry is a language that speaks as to care
    words that flow onto pages that I share
    eyes open to the beauty made publicly aware

    beautifully written I could really feel this one. When a reader can't get the meaning and feeling you put into a piece. It kind of sucks. well done. -Tonya
