My Directions
Life blended like a shadeBlack and white to gray
My life is what I've made
an endeavor day to day
Change not always for the best
Tried and tested over time
Won't always pass times true test
More an accident than a crime
Sometimes theres good reason
a road is far less travelled
Maybe its just the season
or a destination unravelled
In any case I could just be lost
without a final destination
Don't think I can afford the cost
of a map and its directions.
So I wander out there aimlessly
From anywhere to there
Don't have anywhere I have to be
Seems I just don't seem to care.
The purpose of this journey
is in search of the key
To that which shall make me happy
and finally set me free.
