     Lightning strikes
    And I the ghost
    Know that I am safe;

    Lightning strikes
    The earth , so fragile
    Collecting what needs to go;

    Lightning strikes
    All around me
    Amazing I the audience;

    Lightning strikes
    Proving thus the truth
    We are all in some way  powerless;

    Lighting strikes
    Across the land
    Dancing past all of us;

    Tree to tree, street to street
    Bringing comfort strange
    By reason of
    Lightning strikes.
