The Way You Hurt Me
The way you look at me,
the way you held me,
the way you changed me,
the way you loved me,
you taught me how to be just me,
taught me I wasn't who I should be,
You taught me to be the best,
you taught me I should never be last,
but even though you taught me that,
things have changed,
things have pasted,
you may have made me clear and bright,
but never did I see the light,
you hurt me,
you hurt me,
but you will never care,
because of all the sorrow,
I won't be here tomorrow.
the way you held me,
the way you changed me,
the way you loved me,
you taught me how to be just me,
taught me I wasn't who I should be,
You taught me to be the best,
you taught me I should never be last,
but even though you taught me that,
things have changed,
things have pasted,
you may have made me clear and bright,
but never did I see the light,
you hurt me,
you hurt me,
but you will never care,
because of all the sorrow,
I won't be here tomorrow.
