    The Cracks in My Heart are Getting Bigger

     You told me to wait for daybreak
    You told me to wait for tomorrow

    But what you don’t know
    What you can never know
    What you may never realize

    Each passing hour
    Each passing minute
    Each passing second

    My heart beats
    And cracks a little more
