    Give Love a Chance

     Now I sit in my bed
    thinking about what you've just said
    you've given up
    and so have I
    what more is there to this life

    why have you just given up
    why have you let it go
    just give love a chance
    and let it grow

    You've been through it all
    and so have I
    I know that if you try
    that all these nights that I cry
    will slowly fade

    why have you just given up
    why have you let it go
    just give love a chance
    and let it grow

    so give me a chance
    just give me some time
    I'll show that I 
    can change your mind
    if you just give me a chance

    but you've just given up
    have no reason to try
    you could just give love a chance
    and watch as it grows
