    Small Town Girl

     One night
    She decided to run
    She bought a bust ticket
    To anywhere
    But got out the other side of town

    She stood on that town line
    Looking into the night
    With tears freezing ovwer
    The blackness engulfing her
    One step more and she'd be free

    It was there she stood
    Till the dawn came
    And sent her packing
    Back the other way
