    Our Lives Are Written in the Stars

     We stay up late
    And count the stars
    We give each a name
    And each the life
    We wished we could live

    The simple balls of gas
    Became superheros
    Became doctors
    Became lovers
    Had families
    Had adventures
    Had stories to tell

    While we sat there
    Alone
    While we sat there
    Together
    Whishing that one day
    We too
    Could become stars
