LOVE or SHOWBUSINESS?
Have you noticed nowadays how looselythe word LOVE is used?
Do you think that such
looseness is to be excused?
Man! of course we can't punish
fake usage at any time,
For love is pleasant and voluntary,
even fake love is no crime.
Seems to me many say,
"I love you", to appease,
I'm sure that's one way to
make someone feel pleased,
What happens when the test
of such love is exposed,
And faked love is tried and
placed juxtaposed?
It's clear now that artificial
love is fake,
The jilted party is alarmed
and now wide awake!
Know what you mean
when you talk about love,
Love comes with sincerety,
and will be proved,
You dare not take a bathtub
and place love underneath,
Nor can you stomp it to death
with your bare feet,
Love will excell my friend
love will recover,
If true love is intended,
it's durability you'll discover,
True love will outlive us all,
Higher than the highest wall,
Use it not loosely and meaningless at all,
Hollywood's love sets you up for a fall.
Men of many faces will say, "I love you".
Knowing in their hearts that this is not true,
You can never be sure that he has not lied,
Until the best of his love is tested and tried.
The occassion will arise when love that's professed,
Will be tried in fire of trials, troubles and test,
To see if such love is of quality and above the rest,
Not the one on reality shows should you possess,
Not for show business paid or unpaid,
Not the one you say my dear to go with a trade,
The one that's found in the depth of the soul,
One in which mortals cannot make or control.
Not in Hollywood should you use as example,
Such phony love is very fake, not a good sample,
Go with your heart and let two hearts meet,
A love that will send the fakes away in true defeat,
Searching for sincerety and integrity in love,
In it's beginning look for help from above,
To show you and help you to choose your
true heartbeat,
The best way to avoid the fake and the cheat.
