A Message To The Brothers
I can see successful brothers in all occupations that needs no aid,Politics, economics, science, technology and all trades,
However, I have seen a trend that does not make me proud,
When you stand on the street corners and amongst the crowd,
Wheeling and dealing crack, weed and meth you sometimes sell aloud.
It's not only the above that you are dealing boy,
You've peddled strong narcotic drugs, thinking they are toys,
Do you comprehend the lives that you've destroyed?
Voluntarily quit the trade or be forced to be employed,
You'll discover that those who go the pathway that you chose,
Suffer severe consequences, when arrested and exposed,
Some have borne the penalty of losing limb or life,
Stirred up by competitors a recipe for strife.
Brother, in the hustle and bustle of life you seemed to have lost your way,
Regretably lacking your contribution, society have grown weaker today,
We seek your artistic talents and creativity, without it we are drained,
But you stand idly on Main Street awaiting the gravy train.
What will spur you into action to rise up and learn a trade?
Wasting the precious moments as all opportunities fade,
Get a good education youngman for knowledge is power,
It's a much better honor my friend than getting a bullet shower,
How long will you choose to blame the whiteman for the route you chose?
Stop dealing drugs on the corner and make the changes I proposed!!
Dropping your pants below your waist in rebellion is not clever,
Bowing to pressure from your peers and the gang's kingpin called Trevor,
Sever the ties of failure youngman, your future is in your hands,
Examine yourself and your disgusting deeds and be a nobler man.
