My Puppy! Man's Best Friend
My puppy is black and brown and Doberman with eyes dark blue,The constant wagging of his tail is not at all new,
He greets me every day and barks when somethings wrong,
He's the greatest fan I've ever had, when I sing a song,
Sometimes he tries to imitate and sing along with me,
If you ever hear us this will full your ears with glee,
But one thing for sure no strangers can come near,
By passing or close to my gate his barking I will hear.
He jumps, howl and whines when I play his favorite song,
Never seeing a dog so happy before, and stays that way for long,
Thanks my friend for being so good protecting me each night,
When strange mutts come into my yard he's ready for a fight.
The other day when that big bad boy came over from the hood,
Shouting in the street, cursing and up to just no good,
Then he started to pull his gun to brandish and spread fear,
When you roared and jumped him only wailing I could hear,
The poor thing knew not what had peirced in his tender groin,
When you tore his warm and leathery flesh just like a tenderloin!
So my puppy I appreciate you when I saw him bolting,
I respect and salute you as he limped away and choking!
He dropped the gun and writhed in pain as you ripped away without fear,
As the neghbors responded with sighs of relief and many cheers,
Be it known that you should keep it out my neighborhood,
My doggie is not useless boy, is that understood?
Many laughs to you!
