Rip Off His Priestly Robe!
I read the troubling news in papers everyday,Of priestly men of the cloth and Word and of their wayward ways,
And I'm astonished that such men parading as God's priests,
Could roam for so long and undetected as the image of a beast!
They taunts, haunts and molests the unprotected child,
And preaches from the pulpit as if they're undefiled!
In the spiritual realms of life, what possessed you so?
To molest our children where ever you go?
A shame to his religion, an embarrassment to the faith,
Indulging in immoral acts is breeding lots of hate,
Not by this writer but of those abused,
Their loved ones and their parents wanting redress was refused!
Hiding behind your white collar and your priestly robe,
Won't prevent you being exposed around this earthly globe.
For your acts of molesting our children you must pay,
And must be disrobed and expelled this very day,
Excommunication is just an earthly bar,
The judgement of Almighty God will exceed by far.
As your friends and one in kind are made by law to pay,
let us all be vocal on this matter everyday,
Whenever it looms around us, cry out against these acts,
Let us speak out loudly after viewing all the facts.
Priestly robes are not a cover for hidden moral sins,
We're guarding our children and protecting next of kin.
O Lord protect us from these ugly clergymen, we must heed the call,
To rid religion of their ranks be it summer, spring or fall,
Vetting for that calling must be held in mind,
When choosing the right flock leader, it's the hardest thing to find
And those that are amongst your priests, that are guilty of this shame,
Declare now and redeem yourselves from all your future pain!
