Lets Just Pretend Forever
Would you like to go for a ride in my magical airplane?
I know it’s just a cardboard box, but isn’t it ever the same?
Make-believe is no longer for little kids
Pretending is essential when you live in these sins.
Imagination seems mandatory,
not another Cinderella story.
Would you like to go swimming in the sidewalk blocks?
At least before it strikes 12 on the clock?
Evil step-siblings turn into rapists,
I just cannot believe in this.
Witches and frogs are not disasters,
let’s pretend there’s a happy ever after.
