child's thoughts.
When I am a mother, if I am a mother; I wish to have my father's wits.
If I am a mother, and I'm a good mother; I wish to have my father's tongue.
If I am a good mother, and my child is a child; I wish to have my father's hand.
If my child is a child, and my child talks like children; I wish to have my father's time.
And when my child talks like children do; I wish to look upon them with my father's wonder.
