    Strength

It can be measured in so many ways,
Most limit to how much a person can bench.
    50?
    120?
    250?
It doesnt matter how much you can lift on the outside,
On the inside your carrying so much baggage,
You begin to think you might actually drown in it.
How does one build up the strength emotionally?
    I'd like to know.
    Wouldn't You?

I would like to know. Emotional strength training...hmmm...could be a market for that! :)

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
