Our Place
I hear the sirens
They’ll never
Take me
Alive
Duck into the
Deepest pits of
My fears
Disguise myself
As I once was
I see the flashing
Lights
They’ll never
Come to find me
Here
Quickly blur the
Line, step over
The thinly drawn
Boundary,
Draw it back again
They’ll never know
Our rivers of blood
Let’s hope they
Don’t wash it away
A marker of
Our troubled
Youth it will
Stay
Let all the others
Who were like
Us realize
They have a
Place to go
When the world
Grows dark and
Cold,
There were our
Aging and decaying
Bodies
Forever we will lay,
Guardians of the
Place where everyone
Can stay
The only price
We make to play
Will be our blood
To help wash
The worlds tears
Away.
They’ll never
Take me
Alive
Duck into the
Deepest pits of
My fears
Disguise myself
As I once was
I see the flashing
Lights
They’ll never
Come to find me
Here
Quickly blur the
Line, step over
The thinly drawn
Boundary,
Draw it back again
They’ll never know
Our rivers of blood
Let’s hope they
Don’t wash it away
A marker of
Our troubled
Youth it will
Stay
Let all the others
Who were like
Us realize
They have a
Place to go
When the world
Grows dark and
Cold,
There were our
Aging and decaying
Bodies
Forever we will lay,
Guardians of the
Place where everyone
Can stay
The only price
We make to play
Will be our blood
To help wash
The worlds tears
Away.
