Fall
I'm taking the fall,Again,
These rocks are hard
And my chest is
Forever constricting with
These gravel memories,
I'm not running from anything,
Anyone, anymore,
I've killed myself for
The last time,
I've discovered myself amongst
All of the harsh replicas
Of my mind's eye,
I am finally finished with you,
Break me down,
Come, if it helps you sleep,
But this is the last time I will
Bow before another,
Never again,
I am taking the fall,
I"ve come to find that
I don't really mind,
I'd much rather fall as who I
Truly am,
Rather than standing for
Something that I'll never be,
This is all just,
Another piece of me.
I can't stand around anymore,
Waiting for you to accept me,
I'm taking the fall, for me, by me,
AS myself.
