Mental Letter
I gather energy from the stars and moon, to send a mental letterThrough distance I hope soon, time will be better
Like a type writer my mind, paces back an forth
Filling in words blind, from my moistened tongue to tell your worth
In hopes that in time as you sleep, you will dream of this
These meaningful words, gently touched by my kiss
Starting off with I love you, God knows how many ways
No one stands above you, for life this will remain
If you listen closely, my heart whispers your name
Everyday mostly, I feel I'm going insane
When I'm away from you, how I gasp for air
To fill my lungs, I simply need you near
Tears fall fluently from my eyes, dampening dirt so dry
For you I cry, my tears water loves plant giving it life
Baby just open your eyes, watch it bloom
For the tears that watered this, fell just for you
Possessing a love so strong, you hear my whispers in your sleep
Proof that it belongs, tell me you believe
Because it's reality, just as the day sky blue
I now end this letter, in hopes you know how much I truly love you
