I Pray

                    Every night before I lay, I say a prayer for you

              Asking for your safety, and to always be around for you 

                        I pray that your love for me, never fades 

                     And for the happiness you bring, i give thanks

                     I ask to open my heart, so inside you may see 

                          That this is no dream, it's more reality
              
                  I pray for the courage, to hold on when times get rough

                 I ask for a lifetime, even though I know it's just not enough

                       Time to show you, just how deep my love is

                          So i pray and pray, during the day I wish

                     I give thanks, for all of the beautiful things you do

                           Before I lay to rest at night, I pray for you
