Image
To me you are an image,
An impeccable image work of art.
I see the sun shine in your eyes,
And I never want to part.
But so far you are only an image,
Nothing more than a smile.
I only wish I could speak to you,
And be with you for a while.
To me you are an image,
But is the image true?
Am I really justified
In the hope I have in you?
Each time our eyes meet,
I wish what I see is real.
Do you love me or did I just dream it?
Please tell me what you feel.
To me you are an image,
And a perfect image you are.
But an image is false, it is a lie,
So I am forced to watch from afar.
