UNSPOKEN LOVE
I want you to show me before you tell me.
That is the best way for me to believe.
The unspoken language of true love
Is the best thing to receive.
A simple hug and a kiss
Or a smile when I walk your way.
Grab my hand when we are walking.
Little things like that brighten my day.
When you gaze into my eyes
And not even say a word.
The best way you can show me you love me
Is a way that goes unheard.
I love to see your face
When I enter into the room.
When it is time for me to leave you frown
And tell me to be careful and return soon.
To explain the way I feel;
There is no way for it to be spoken of.
But I must smile when I think about
Your soft unspoken love.
To explain the way I feel;
There is no way for it to be spoken of.
But I must smile when I think about
Your soft unspoken love.
