    Poem Commentary

I made this using the poetry challenge on the poetry boards

    Two Lovers

    Two Lovers...
    Hot, Sweaty, Intertwined,
    Heavy Breathing, Hearts Beating,
    Passionate Words, A Loving Caress,
    Two Bodies Come Together,
Held Captive In A Dance Of Old,
A Tale Wrought By Two Lovers,
    Whose Stories Are Left Untold.

Great idea: The poem quickly builds in passionate crescendo & just when you've got the reader hooked on "what's next?", you leave whatever"s next to the reader's imagination...saying it's "untold". GREAT!

You manage to display the sensual feelings well. It is a well-written poem! .

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.

    Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) American poet.
