Passion
Anything, everything, nothing at all
Most of us have that one great drive
That keeps us motivated to move on
To stay alive and try to obtain our goal
To keep at it and keep at it
When all looks bleak to your cause
To see what no one else sees
Knowing that you'll win in the end
If you try hard enough and don't quit
As with all things, some passions
Are good, some are bad and can be
Down right detremental to one's health
While the good one's can be something
Wondrously beneficial and joyous
A rare thing of true beauty
But all passions are draining
On one's energy, wallet, and ego
So we must be careful what to be
Passionate and steadfast about
For the end results may vary
Teetering in the balance
Between wisdom and insanity
