    Me and my shadow goes wherever I go
    All alone, only my shadow and I know
    Me and my shadow taking the odd road
    Life is strange carrying this kind of load
    .
    Life has no meaning when living a lie
    Always keeping the sun low in the sky
    Catching a new angle and waiting to see
    Shadow behind me, trying to catch me
    .
    I can feel something strange coming too near
    The sun stands strait for one time each year
    This day was something from which I should run
    Solstice is when my shadow and I become one
    .
    Clocks run slow when you have nothing to fear
    Turns yesterday into a century or just a year
    Time gets displaced in only a short while
    A cold heart is always betrayed by a smile
    .
    Stopping to lend a helping hand is a mistake
    Definitively the wrong road for me to take
    Forget the other's rules only me to blame
    My shadow can wait for death is his name
    .
    Knowing is no help not a wonderful thing
    Darkness falls my shadow unfolds his wing
    Was this time made for me or my shadow
    Me and my shadow goes wherever I go
    .

    Very interesting way to place death. I intersted me the way I felt as though I saw the poetry picture painted as I read.

    In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.
