I started writing again after the death of my husband, it has been a helpful method I used to try to get all the feelings out. It has helped me to express the loss, fear, anger and so much more that one feels when dealing with grief. In the last three years I have sadly lost my husband, both parents and my mother in law this has given me much time to look back over life and through these losses I have been doing much writing. I hope to one day have something I have written be able to help someone else to understand they are not alone in what they may be feeling.
