Retaliation

composition of theses words
left with out translation
hollow thought left behind
from a life of confrontation

do not think these thoughts so sad
but rather let them warn
a price you owe you soon will pay
and those left behind will morn

things be done behind closed doors
but come back in conversation
so now i sit with a wondering mind
and plan retaliation

louder then words these weapons speak
fired round by round
so let this price be paid in blood
six feet under ground

and i will carve the names of those that lay
deep in blackened stone
and by the sins of man their bodies paid
but their souls will never go home....

Your peotry speaks to me... i can feel every bit of you with word you write... good job! let me know when you have more up!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
