    one branch (observation)

    don't become easily dormant by
the tempting shade under the lazy tree.
rather climb to its highest branch and
observe the rapid flowing river of existence
    and know,
    some people wade through life
    some pan for gold.

This is elequently stated. .... My mantra: Live life now while there's a life to live .... For it will soon enough be replaced by death.

i like it(your mantra that is) and i believe that death is a whole new adventure that requires as much positive energy and knowledge as we can gather in this life. this life is like a sink or swim thing, you can be a boat or a rock in the waters of life it's about personal choices.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
