Excuse Me
Love means never having to say
You’re sorry in any form or way
Well this is how I see it
No… uh, uh that’s some bull sh-t
Take a look into these eyes
Seeing my pain you should apologize
For all the pain and agony
Your insensitive actions has caused me
The pain-filled days, the sleepless nights
The wrong done in the name of right
The ups and downs, the highs and lows
The uncertainties faced the grief and woes
The heartaches and the pains you’ve caused
As my journey to happiness you have paused
By your selfishness and indifference
Making your agendas and motives of little sense
And the love means never having to say
You’re sorry is the blue plate special of the day
I can forgive you for all the pain and agony
But never having to say you’re sorry… excuse me
