    Poem Commentary

    I experienced this last night while staring at the moon.

    Earth Love

     

    Earth Love

    Come with me to a place in our mind

    Where moonbeams drip in perfect rhyme

    Feel your heartbeat slow, troubles decline

    The rhyme of living out of time

     

    Place your cheek upon the ground

    Near a clear, deep, pool, there’s not a sound

    Touch our Mother's treasures, intimately now

    Sense her as she calms you down

     

    Stroke her textures all around

    Drink her knowledge as it abounds

    As moon showers sprinkle over your crown

    Let her rock you safely down

     

    Gentle are her giant arms

    Quieting all foreboding storms

    You are accepted and you are loved

    Experience peace from up above

     

    Pull her closely to your heart

    Lock in her love and bond a new start

    Earth in all her harmony

    Quiets all creatures in unanimity

    This poem makes me want to go out, and lay on the beach, and just bask in the ambiance ot the earth's beauty, very beautifully written.

    Thanks for that- I wrote it to conjour up those thoughts, in a matter of speaking- sort of an ode to Earth, you know. Thanks Again.

    See now i feel stupid for my comment on spirit body,cause by this poem you obviously know how to structure your poetry,this is awesome and powerful and the structure helps the reader to appreciate it,your poetry will go over with readers better when it is structured and not like a paragraph,really this is wonderfully written and your very talented,Brava!
