    Wordless

    Sitting in front of my computer
    I tried to gather words,
    Sending you a brief and simple email
    That would settle everything, I thought;
    Couldn't come up with anything,
    It was a problem unresolved
    How should I say that I was sorry?
    How could I mend the heart I broke?
    For hours I sat just like a statue
    My mind was blank, my fingers froze;
    I felt my heart was beating faintly
    Then tears rolled down I almost choke.
    Then finally I started typing
    It's not an email of some sort
    I needed to release my feelings
    These lines would help me find a doze.

    Different...... I have one I think it's called speechless... about writes block.... seems you have it had it.... or fight it like most of us do.... nice write I felt it..... red

    Thanks, red, I appreciate your comment. I'm going to read your poems too, I might recall how to start writing a fine verse...who knows, your lines might lead me to some new inspiration.

    I hope so... be inspired to be inspiring
