    Love and Lovers

    Love and Lovers

    Love is loving and being loved;
    It is giving without reward,
     Understanding that never stops;
     It's forgiving with all your heart.

    And yet at times love is selfish,
    It tends to be pickle-minded,
    It is shallow  amidst it's depth;
    It gives no light in dark moments.

    It can be wide like an ocean,
    It is mountain with its hard climb;
    With its twinkle, it's like the stars;
    It has power like the sunshine.

    It's a rainbow in its splendor,
    It is heaven in its grandeur;
    It has a charm that leads you on
    Like a magnet with its strong pull.

    Some lovers are like butterflies,
    They love to sip flower's nectar;
    Then hop and hop, soon fly around,
    Never stay long in same petal.

    There are lovers who are sincere,
    Adoring love stay forever,
    Like butterflies that choose to stay
    In same petals until the end.
