Peace Profound
Ever has it been, the strong set the rules for the masses.
And ever, because a collective is only as great as the sum of its parts, great civilizations eventually corrupt, decay and perish from within,
Ever has it been that human salvation never lay with externalities of law, government or god, but in humanity internally felt and externally displayed through compassion for self and others,
Ever we must seek and find, beloved, knock and have it opened, ask and receive, and then we must share what we have received with our neighbours, no matter what they call themselves, of what race their descent, or by what name they call god,
Then peace will descend like a Nor'easter and blow the inhumanity of man to man away into the sea of forgetfulness.
