Desperation
I feel free and trapped at the same time.
A part of me comes alive; yet a part of me is dying.
Where is the hope? Where is the horror?
My eyes see only in the distance.
I reach for something I cannot see.
I look around, and I cannot understand what is happening to me.
My world is changing.
I feel lost, yet I am here amongst what is familiar.
I fell dead and alive at the same time
What is this, and who am I?
Where is my world, and what is it made of?
I am afraid of what I do not know...my reality.
