    Poem Commentary

    I edited the original poem in an attempt to make it a lot more of a frightening poem. I reedited it so I could try to make it evenj darker. I hope I succeeded.

    "Darkness, Edited"

    Darkness everywhere,

    eternal, cloying,

    natural to me,


    I am darkness,

    I am night,

    I am under your bed,

    FEAR ME! 


    I am ancient, 

    from me grows despair,

    I am as,

    I was created to be,

    FEAR ME!


    I am simply

    a fact of life,

    I am death,

    TREMBLE!

    I want to shake

    this world,

    Loose!,

     

    that bump in the night,

    grew from me,

    the monster in your closet,

    that werewolf at your window,

    or under your bed,

    is my essence,

    shake with eyes wide open,

    FEAR ME!,

    you should,


    I am a vampire,

    by nature,

    I must feed,

    fear and agony,

    sustain me,

    I am evil,

    I am a fact,

    I AM A FACT!
     

    a black of face,

    a dark soul,

    I am invisible,

    if I choose

    or quite the other,

    if I choose,

    I AM DARKNESS!,

    FEAR ME!!!!

    Now tis one had something to say. Reminds me of arties work, a few others here write some awesome dark poetry. lovedthe metaphor and eeriness.
