    My Sister Always Told Me

    My sister always told me
Someday I was gonna make it big,
    But I never believed her,
    I'm always the dreamer,
My head stuck in the clouds

    I'm the dreamer,
    And the schemer,
    Always ideas coming my way,
    I dream up big
Too big for this little small town,
Here, you won't make it anywhere,
    Gonna come back eventually.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
