    I’M Happy For Now

    I've got a peace...that you wouldn't believe,
    In this subtle moment ..I try to conceive.

    The answer to escapes me somehow,
    I just want to tell you ...I'm happy for now.

    There's been hard knocks,
    and I've seen love on the rocks.

    There've been plenty of times that I dropped the ball,
    But I do now profess, that I'm happy for now.

    Mayhaps I've seen battle in a very distant land.
    And came home to my wife and newborn in hand.

    Yes! The miracles are provided to me somehow.
    And to you Oh Lord, I say.. that I'm happy right now.

    I'm happy right now ..because you ARE here.
    And I'm happy right now for lack of fear.

    I'm happy for now and very grateful just the same.
    And I say these humble words..in Jesus' name.

    .........Yes..It’s true.. and I'm happy for now!
