A Twilight In Autumn
One more day the sun rises, I'm breathing
One more way I compromise the seething
In my spring of life I never looked yonder worried or even took the time to ponder. Just rushed on through, hoofs to gravel, hands to blind mine eyes.
Never even curious about the surprise.
When summer came, along with its wisdom,
my pours flushed and emptied dry, rising moisture to the sky.
I seemed in constant doubt and despair, revenge and a state of constant repair.
Then just as quickly as she arrived, the leaves turned to a pallet of colors, once again, summer denied.
And, here comes the season of our lives, where nature has for each, its own surprise.
Each leaf is colored in a different hue, the moisture upon them is wisdom's dew. A droplet to fall and nurture the seed arising and struggling through its very own seasons, trying to reason
but without the wisdom's dew drop, is all in vain, just to trudge through the seasons , each part we had bought 'em. Now just awaiting ...............
