     I met your parents last time
    I met your brother, niece, and sis-in-law today
    I think this means we are serious

    I let you play with some of my toys
    I adore how you did so respectively
    I think this means we are serious

    I heard you confessed painful history
    I heard you talk about the adoption
    I think this means we are serious

    I told you about my past guys
    I let you in my darkest times
    I think this means we are serious

    I love how you heal me physically and emotionally
    I like how you are honest with me
    I think this means we are serious

    I really don't know if this is real
    I have never been treated this way
    But I want  us to be serious
